Client Success Stories & Proof of Results

Ampplify Academy is a trading name of Rakiza Company LTD (registered in England & Wales, office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX). We have 4 years of hands-on Amazon account management experience and deliver work across the USA, Saudi Arabia (KSA) and UAE marketplaces. Everything below is work we completed for paying clients — images of the delivered work are on our Portfolio page.

Listing & Content Work

Amazon listing image design, Premium A+ Content and brand story pages produced, uploaded and published on client listings — including keyword-researched titles, bullet points and back-end search terms.

Account & Compliance Work

Seller account reactivations (including Saudi Arabia Iqama-based accounts), trademark registration filings, Amazon Brand Registry applications, identity and video-call verification support, and UK limited company incorporation for sellers registering on Amazon UK/EU.

Growth & Advertising Work

Product research and sourcing, Sponsored Products campaign setup and optimisation, inventory and FBA shipment planning, and ongoing account management reporting for client stores.

Client Video Testimonials

Our clients recorded these reviews themselves, on camera, after we delivered their work. Many of them first joined our Amazon course as students and then hired us to manage their accounts — so they can speak to both the training and the done-for-you service.

Video testimonials from our clients are also published on our Video Reviews page and on our Facebook page.

Client Case Studies

Account reactivation

PKR TRADING LLC — multi-country account reactivated

  • Client: PKR TRADING LLC (owner: Pramod Kumar Ram), selling from one Amazon account registered in 15 stores across North America, Europe, South America and the Middle East.
  • Problem: on 24 July 2026 the seller received an "Important information about your Amazon seller account" notification and 11 of the 15 stores were deactivated at once — the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland and Brazil. Only the US, Canada, Mexico and UAE stores kept selling.
  • What we did: read the deactivation notice and account history, prepared the appeal with the supporting documents, spoke with Amazon Account Health Support on a scheduled call, and followed the case through with the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification team until the decision.
  • Result (27 July 2026): Amazon Account Health Support confirmed the UK and EU marketplaces were reactivated and, after the KYC review, wrote that the account was "now fully reactivated and fully compliant". Seller Central also confirmed the payments account was verified on the same day. The Account Health Breakdown then showed 14 of the 15 stores "Healthy" — 10 stores restored; the Brazil store was still deactivated in that screen.
  • Proof: Amazon's own emails and the before/after Account Health screens are shown below. Case numbers, support mailboxes and the agent's name are blurred; nothing else is edited.

Before — 25 July 2026. Account Health Breakdown: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland and Brazil all show "Deactivated". Only US, Canada, Mexico and UAE are "Healthy".

After — 27 July 2026. The same Account Health Breakdown: 14 of the 15 stores are "Healthy" with a 200 rating. Brazil was still deactivated at the time of this screen.
Verification & UK LTD conversion

Saudi seller moved onto a UK limited company — verification passed same day

  • Client: an Amazon.sa seller (name withheld at the client's request) whose account we moved onto his own UK limited company, Vindra Global LTD.
  • Problem: the seller had to pass Amazon's identity video-call verification, change the registered business location, and convert the selling account from his Saudi business details to a UK limited company — any mistake in that submission puts the selling privileges at risk.
  • What we did: incorporated the UK limited company with a London registered office, prepared the incorporation and address documents Amazon asks for, updated Business Information in Seller Central (legal entity name and registered business address), booked and prepared the seller for the video-call verification, and submitted the account for re-verification.
  • Result (17 August 2026): Amazon accepted the submission and closed the review the same day — Seller Central moved from "We are validating your information" to "Verification Completed Successfully", with the account now registered to the UK limited company.
  • Proof: the client's Seller Central screens before and after. The personal name, home address and phone number are blurred; the company name and its London registered office are public Companies House records and are left visible.

Before — 17 August 2026, 1:22 PM. Seller Central shows "We are validating your information" while Amazon checks the new UK limited company details.

After — same day, 5:18 PM. "Verification Completed Successfully": the account is verified under the UK limited company with its London registered office.
