This policy explains how Ampplify Academy, a trading name of Rakiza Company LTD (registered in England & Wales, registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom), collects and uses personal information through this website, our Amazon course, and our Amazon account management services. Rakiza Company LTD is the data controller.
1. Information we collect
- Account information you give us when you sign up: name, email address, phone number and password.
- Payment information: the bank transfer receipt you upload. We do not collect or store card numbers — payments are made by bank transfer to the accounts shown on our site.
- Service information: for account management clients, the business and Amazon Seller Central information needed to do the work (company details, brand documents, listing data, advertising and sales reports).
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form, and feedback or reviews you choose to submit.
- Basic technical data: your browser stores a login session so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. Why we use it
- To create and manage your account and give you access to the course material you paid for.
- To confirm your payment and keep our accounting records.
- To deliver the services you hired us for and report on the results.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To publish a testimonial or video review — only with your permission, and we remove it on request.
Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, your consent (for testimonials and marketing messages), and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.
3. Amazon seller data
When a client gives us access to their Amazon Seller Central account or Amazon data, we treat it as confidential:
- We access only the data required to perform the agreed service, and only for as long as the engagement lasts.
- We never sell, rent or share a client's Amazon data with other clients or with third parties for their own purposes.
- Access is limited to the team members working on that account, over password-protected devices and accounts with two-step verification.
- Any personally identifiable customer information a seller's reports may contain is not downloaded, copied or retained beyond the task at hand, and is deleted after 30 days.
- When an engagement ends, our access is revoked and we delete working copies of the client's data within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep records longer.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as far as they need it:
- Google (Firebase) — authentication, database and file storage for this website.
- Google Drive / Google Workspace — hosting course material and uploaded receipts.
- Amazon — where work is carried out inside a client's Seller Central account.
- Our accountants and, if legally required, government or regulatory authorities.
5. How long we keep it
Account and course access data is kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept for six years, as UK company law requires. Client service files are kept for the length of the engagement plus 90 days. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@ampplifyacademy.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Security
Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, transmitted over HTTPS, and reachable only by accounts protected with strong passwords and two-step verification. No system is perfectly secure, but we will tell affected users without undue delay if a breach puts their data at risk.
8. Children
Our course and services are for adults running or starting a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify registered users by email.
